The weather was absolutley fabulous today, which was great for the ultimate game. It was a tad windy, but that kinda thing can't be helped. I hafta say, I'm really liking the new lens. It might not have as much zoom as my previous zoom lens, but the image quality is amazing. Well, maybe not on this blog, but head on over to the link
here to see better quality shots of the game. The other thing is that some of the people on the team are also getting used to using my camera, seeing as I lend it out when I'm playing on the field. I find that when it comes to high speed sports photography, there seems to be quite a lot of dumb luck involoved. Sure, I might get all the settings all configured, but the act of capturing light for something like 1/200th of a second, and having something interesting happen in that location during that time is well, kinda random lol.
